Help
- Create an account; otherwise you can only view the latest posts and search in all posts, but you can't give a reaction, share or like a post. You also can't write a post. Without an account you can't view user-profiles.
- You need to fill in all fields while creating an account, except for a description about you.
- E-mailaddresses and Usernames are unique and cannot be registered twice. Usernames cannot be longer than 24 characters, a minimum length of 5 characters is required. Special characters are not allowed. (Except: minus-sign, point and underscore). Spaces are automatically converted to underscores.
- Users have to be at least 16 years of age to use our website, please fill in your correct date of birth.
- Passwords have to be at least 8 characters long, (1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 figure and 1 special character are required)
- Select an avatar, and a picture for the head of your profile-page
- After completing your account, you will receive an e-mail that contains an activation-link, after the activation you can fully use The Dutch Bench
- Now you can comment, share, like and write posts and you can view profiles and contributions of other users
- If two users follow each other you can send private messages and have a private conversation
- In the bottom-bar there's an envelop-icon, if you are logged in. If you click this icon you will go to your private message and conversation page
- The bell-icon brings you to your notifications
- The i-icon brings you to our information page, learn more about The Dutch Bench
- The question-icon brings you to this page (the help-section)
